They have been the only people that work on it. He has just been there every time we have needed him or called. He has been excellent. 



I found them at the time through the penny saver several years ago. My heater was totally shot. People were having to pay $6000-$10,000 to replace the heaters. He found parts and totally re-built it for less than $4000. He saved so much money, especially at a time when I didn't have the money. 



The heater has been fine ever since. It is like a brand new heater.

He spent a TOTAL of 15 minutes at my house and charged me $297 (without even giving me an "estimate" of what the cost coud be). I was shocked because the advertisement said $49.00 service call. He told me the $49 cost was for him to JUST DRIVE TO MY HOUSE before doing any work at all. He charged me $100 for labor for 15 minutes of time and the balance was for the four pounds of freon. I explained to him that it would have been better if he had given me an estimated cost expense BEFORE starting the work so I could make a decision if I wanted to use him or not.  Then he presented me with the paperwork to sign and it stated on that paperwork the following terms: 1) I accept and authorize the work to be performed and 2) above authorized work is complete.  But he DIDN"T GIVE me any terms BEFORE starting the work. As a senior citizen, I told him it was important for him to let us know ahead of time what the cost would be so we could determine if we wanted him to do any work. It shocked me when he told me that for 15 minutes of work I had to pay $100 for his labor, plus $49 cost was for him to "just drive to my house" before he started any work. I explained to the technician that I felt he had just taken advantage of me as a senior citizen and I was going to make a report on Angie's List.
