The teachers appear to be very patient. I receive a daily written report from them detailing what my son learned, did, liked or disliked. I appreciate these reports so that I could look out for anything out of the ordinary. My son was very upset when he first started school because it was new to him. They sent me emails with pictures to ease my own anxiety about leaving him while he was crying his eyes out.
My only complaint is that I haven't really gotten any one on one with his teacher related to where he is or isn't with growth progress. It would be nice to know if there were certain things that I needed to work on with him, i.e. manners and knowledge, or if he's doing fine for someone his age. Also, his classroom bathroom consistently smells like urine.
Other than that, the staff is really friendly. The location is secured with an access key pad. There are numerous classrooms for the different age groups, so they're not all crammed into a small building. Most importantly, my son talks about school and his friends all the time because he seems to enjoy himself now.
