Sunrise Roofing

Sunrise roofing was called by the property management company for our rental home.  They replaced some of the felt under the shake, but didn't fix anything. The next rainstorm less than three weeks later and the roof leaks again in the same place!   We know the roof needs replacing, but that is no excuse to not fix the leak they were hired to fix.  And although their website specifically states that "YOUR satisfaction is our primary goal," they refuse to stand by their work.  We shouldn't have to pay them to fix the same leak every time it rains. And because of their lack of competency in their own work, we will not get a bid from them for our re-roof!
These are their own words: " We installed felt strips in the leak area we were called out to repair but this patch will not stop the leak completely and will not last for any extended time period."

We had four estimates done, Sunrise Roofing was neither  the highest nor the lowest.  They did include removing and replacing the solar pool heater.  A couple of the other companies required that we contract out to have that done, apx. $1000 extra.
Before they put the roof on, Tod took extra care to make sure were getting the kind of roof we wanted.  He made an extra trip over with the shingles and walked down the street with us so we could show them what we wanted.   The crew started  on time on the day scheduled.  They were hard workers and left the place tidy each day.  (You wouldn't have known we were in the process of having a roof put on by looking at the lawn and walkways.)  They kept in touch so we knew what to expect.  They removed the solar panels on the garage and replaced them in a more professional  way then they were. ( it will be easier to replace them in the future.)  Everything went great and they were done before expected.  We are very happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone.
