SOLARON POOL HEATING INC

I called Solaron by mistake. I thought it was the company my sister in law  used.  She told me she forgot and it wasn't the company she used. Thnx. They installed the system when we were away on vacation. When we came back, we noticed right a way  that the system makes an horrible sound when the system shuts down. I called Solaron and they sent out their technician, and their technician said that was how it was and that is normal!  I was gullible and took their word. Then I called them back to do something about the noise and the way the pipes would vibrate and cause the brackets to damage our stucco. The technician came and said they would try to remove a ball bearing from a part to try to quiet the system.  The moron tech strips the screws head and so he had to return with special equipment to unscrew the part he wanted to work on! End of the day he still couldn't fix the problem! After a couple of chances and visits, I think this technician and this company is just horrible and they are doing this on purpose. I was thinking about suing them.. I called Aztec solar instead to fix the problem. Aztec came and fixed the problem and reattached the brackets in one day. Solaron should rename their company Solarmoron.

We like their professionalism. They were willing to work with us. They answered all of our questions and the job looks very professional. They had a minor mishap and they reported it right away and they took care of it. I'm very pleased with their work.

They were awesome. They showed up on time, gave a great presentation and offered various samples to choose from. Another thing that I liked about them was that they gave me a 10 percent discount to sign with them.
