Hot week and A/C died, replaced entirely HVAC system same week. Good people, friendly responsive and the crew was experienced and were done by early afternoon. Handled building permit which went smoothly and very happy.

I have only good things to say about the installing team of Jared and Ryan. They were wonderful client-friendly guys who worked diligently all day to complete a perfect installation job. My heater has been functioning perfectly all winter. The city inspector came out today and was very impressed with the excellent clean work they did. He was very familiar with the high quality work of Sierra Valley Home, which impressed me as well. One more cudo for Jim, the wonderful sales rep who made the bid process a wonderful experience for me. A big thanks to all you guys! I highly recommend Sierra Valley Home Corp.!

We had Sierra Valley Home Corp install a new HVAC system in our Roseville home in June 2017. A friend had initially recommended them to us after they had a new system installed in their home. We started to use them for service, and enjoyed several years of quality service. Due to our system’s age, and our wanting to go to a more efficient system, it was time for an upgrade. We requested quotes from several companies. Sierra Valley Home gave us the most reasonable quote, and we felt very confident with their representative’s (Jim) recommendation. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision to buy. Jim’s recommendation regarding the best combination of air conditioner and heater was logical. He also gave us the option of upgrading the air zoning system in our attic. Based on the price, recommended equipment, confidence in Jim’s design, and service experience, we contracted the work with Sierra Valley Home Corp. Michael was the onsite lead person for the installation. The installation crew carefully handled the new equipment through some very tight spaces. They were neat and clean throughout the entire process. We were extremely pleased with Michael’s knowledge and attention to details. We had a lot of questions for Michael, and he satisfactorily answered all of them. The scope of the work was as follows: 1) New Condenser, 2) New Furnace, 3) New Evaporative Coil, 4) New Zoning, Control board, and Programmable Thermostats, 5) Barometric Bypass and Relief Duct. The new system is great and is working well; we are finally comfortable. During really hot days, our old system could not cool the house to our liking. This new system effectively cools the house to whatever temperature we set. Our energy bill is significantly lower with this energy star system even though the cooling capacity is greater than our previous system. Susie In the front office was very efficient getting us the proper paperwork to submit to our local electric company. It's now been almost two years, and everything is still great!

We started with the estimator, Jim, who thoroughly understood our needs. He was very easy to talk to, and at the end, came up with a bid that did not overcharge for services, but got all the real necessities covered. There was never any pressure to sell us a system. We got all our questions answered, and with great patience. So our first high marks go to Jim. Then on the day of the install, everything happened as planned. Sam and Ryan arrived punctually, the crane arrived as planned, the work went flawlessly. Sam took time out to answer all my questions about the day's sequence of events; then Ryan showed me his immaculate work up on the roof. I sensed their confidence immediately, and really liked their easy-going speaking manner. At the end of the day, the a/c kicked on, concluding the moment of truth. Sam assured me that the ducts met the leakage test parameters and explained how the new thermostat works. We could not have gotten nicer guys. When they were done, they took proper care of the inside of the house as well. (Though their young assistant was not on par with the lead installers, so we did have to do just a little bit of tidying/vacuuming ourselves where the assistant missed things. But it was fine overall.) I highly recommend Sam and Ryan and would hire them again for any future jobs. Great job Sierra Valley Home!

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the people were very friendly. The technician, Matt, called before arriving to let me know exactly when he was going to arrive. It was raining out and he put on boot covers before coming in the house, which was great and something that I haven't seen very often with other service providers we've utilized in the past. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to tell that he knew what he was doing. He offered many great suggestions as I explained the problem and performed a detailed review of our heating unit before making any quick conclusions. He explained everything as he was doing it and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I would recommend the company and his service to anyone.
He made sure the unit was working properly after the cleaning and repairs and offered some suggestions for changes that could/should be done. He did not try to hard sell us on anything, which has been common with other companies we've used in the past also. He just described some options, risks, and estimated costs, if we wanted to resolve other potential challenges that could occur in the future.
The service was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable (actually less than I thought it would be). I will certainly utilize Sierra Valley Home Corp for any additional HVAC needs we have in the future.

I first hired this company to install a new HVAC system is my home. Mike's estimate was about $3000 less than any other company's estimate. When I asked why he answered, "Because I want your business!" Good plan. They just recently installed HVAC at my rental property. Mike sent Sam out to the property to inspect, advise, negotiate, and ultimately participate in the installation. Sam is knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy, and a sweetheart! (Are you reading this, Mike? He deserves a promotion and a raise!) The HERS inspection has been completed, and I was reassured that the company did a great job.

After 5 long years, having a service contract and a warranty with one of the larger furnace and ac repair companies in sacramento, they had several visits, I mean more than 15 visits to repair and trouble shoot multiple problems with our 5 year old units, I finally switched to Sierra Valley Home Corp. From the minute I talked to Suzy at Sierra, I felt that they were going to be able to figure out what the problems were. Matt from Sierra was out quickly to take a look and evaluate the problems that I had been having and also reviewed some of the fixes that had been done by the other company. After getting the report back from Suzy at Sierra Valley and talking to the manufactures rep on our units, I decided to go with Sierra Valley to correct the problems created by the other company.
Matt is the most knowledgable technician I have met. He not only advised what was wrong with the systems, he took the time in detail to explain how they were meant to work, and what the other company failed to do. Then in simple terms explained the new fixes and why it was going to work. I can assure you you won't find a better Tech. All pricing was up front and if there were other things that needed to be replaced it to had a price prior to starting. After agreeing to have the work done, Matt and company arrived on time and called every time to let me know that he was on his way and time he would be there. The repairs were done quickly and no mess. The most important thing is that the units are now working again and I have confidence that they will continue to work. I also feel that if there is a problem Sierra will be able to fix it. I never felt that with the other company. I would use Sierra Valley Home Corp. Again. Working with Suzy and Matt was a refreshing experience after dealing with the other company, and restored some faith in working with a contractor.

Great. I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and his crew. The installation went great and I was left with exactly what I was promised. My HVAC unit heats up my home in like 5 min, I am very pleased. My tankless hot water heater spits out hot water galore from every faucet in my home.... nice.
More importantly they are an honest crew that stands behind there work. The other day I had a small leak develop in my new tankless hot water heater. I was surprised when they called me back on a Saturday morning and Matt showed up within the hour to look at it. Turns out it was a very small problem that was not there fault, but way to go in taking care of a customer AFTER they had my money. I can sleep well at night knowing that my choice was a good one!
More importantly they are an honest crew that stands behind there work. The other day I had a small leak develop in my new tankless hot water heater. I was surprised when they called me back on a Saturday morning and Matt showed up within the hour to look at it.
