Initially, they were very nice and thorough. When the dry-out was winding up, however, one of the employees was discourteous, unprofessional, and clearly in a hurry to leave, even if the work was not really completely done. Apparently, he and his supervisor had not communicated clearly enough about the tasks his supervisor had agreed to complete. The move-in crew was friendly, and our contents were dry, but nothing had been cleaned as we were told it would be. A glass-top coffee table was broken in the process, but we were not told about it. We found the glass pieces in the trash, and the supervisor came up with a reasonable reimbursement.

They were in and out of the house for 4-5 days. I used this company because my insurance company chose them to do the work in my home.

House Cleaning
IT HAD BECOME IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THE HARD WATER STAINS FROM THIS GLASS-ENCLOSED SHOWER USING RETAIL PRODUCTS. SERVICEMASTER SENT A GREAT TECHNICIAN WITH A STRONG PRODUCT WHO STUCK WITH THE JOB AND GAVE US A CHANCE TO HAVE A CLEAN SHOWER AGAIN.
