Kyle and Sanders Cleaning Company did an incredible job power washing my back patio. My back patio had tons of weather stains, i didn't think it was possible to get rid of but Sanders Cleaning Company found a way. I was very impressed with the customer service. Kyle was my go to man and he was available by phone, text and/or email. Very prompt responses and a clear understanding of what the job entailed. When Kyle arrived I showed him exactly what I wanted done to the patio and then I left for work. After the job was complete Kyle sent 8 photos to me via text with the finished product. I was very impressed. He later told me that Sanders also offers gutter cleaning, solar cleaning and window cleaning services. Kyle is the best! He does an excellent job of washing windows inside and out, cleans the window troughs, and cleans and re-installs the screens in record time and at a reasonable cost. I have had several different companies and none have been so professional as Kyle.

extremely strange experience here... requested a quote & inspection for my windows and did not ever think i would experience something like this but it happened... kyle came to my husband & i's home to give us an estimate for a quote, during our meeting, my husband went into the other room to take a phone call from his father. my husband mexican american and speaks spanish only with his parents. kyle must have heard and muttered something under his breath. in disbelief, i asked him to clarify what he said. kyle then clarified to me that he said "we should all be speaking english here... those open borders huh?" as if i would agree with him. in total and complete shock i immediately ordered him out of our home and informed him that we would never ever work with this company. think twice before using this service.

He didnt clean most screens. When I asked about them he said some of them were too fragile? He would not have told me if I had not asked. Some windows not really clean and the tracks of the sliding windows and doors were cleaned but not great. I was informed that there was a $49 service charge AFTER the work was completed.

Kyle showed up as scheduled and knocked out both the interior and exterior windows in about 3 hours. 52 panes of glass and 4 glass doors. Will schedule him to clean our windows every year.

Prompt and efficient. Mentioned other services they provide and pointed out some concerns we did not notice. They were reasonably priced and left property looking better than when they arrived. The extra issue was offered at a lower price if done the same day. Was very pleased with their work ethics and would highly recommend. Would use again and would recommend to my friends and neighbors. Plan on having back in future for other services when needed.

The contractor spoke to me personally and said he will clean the deck , sweep and regular cleaning, not pressure washing , that was not done. Was paid and he is not coming back as he promised.
