The hot tub we purchased was in stock, so they were able to deliver it in less than a week. They already had the permit in hand from the City of Elk Grove and were able to do the electrical work that same day. As they were filling the tub up with water, they showed us all of the chemicals and how to use them. We were in our hot tub that evening. It was perfect. I have had several questions since we had it set up and Dave is always very responsive. I would reccomend this company to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub!
