She cleaned my house and it went very well. The person herself was very accommodating and was interested in what I wanted and tried to do what I wanted.

It is hard to rate this agency because the quality of the service varies widely depending on who they send. I've used them for about 5 years & had about half-a-dozen housekeepers. Some have been just great, others so-so, and one was borderline bonkers, in my humble opinion. The owner, Sally, is organized and consistent with reminder calls and flexible about schedule changes, plus very pleasant and responsive to deal with. Their prices are quite reasonable.

They were just fine! They give good service from the office, and they are willing to work with my schedule. They were great!

I have found them to be very helpful!

I have used other companies in the past, and some were better, some were worse. I never saw the same employees, and I prefer 1 consistent person.

The cleaner arrive on time, and went over my list. I'd stocked up on cleaning supplies and thought I would need to instruct how to use those, but she brought her own and used those for an extra $7.00, well worth it: If she knows how to use those, and saves me time. She completed my office quickly, so I work there while she cleaned the other rooms. Everything went fine.

The first person they sent did a poor job on the inside window shutters. Sally sent a follow-up person at no expense to me to finish the job.

Judy cleaned the home very well with little instruction. She was on time and clearly ready to clean my home. Although - I would use this agency again, I would not have Judy come to my home again as she was very disrespectful and unprofessional in her attitude and inappropriate comments she made in my home.

I was very happy with her work. The agency even called me the next day to see how it went. They had great service. I will be using them again.

I needed a whole house cleaning after moving out. The office person, Sally, told me that the inside would be cleaned, including the back of ceiling fans. The person showed up was, unfortunately, was not very nice. She sort of has an attitude problem and she was also moving kind of slow. She does not pay attention to details. There were some white cleaning product residuals left inside the oven, the floors felt sticky, and she left the ceiling fans undone. The house does not feel spic and span. I think she realized that as well so she didn't charge me as many hours as she was there. I wouldn't mind paying for the extra hour if the house was clean. I had to go back with a rag and wipe up everything again. Based on some other reviews, I would not use the company ever again.

The lady who came out was prompt. But she was not very flexible. If I use this service again, I will request that a different person come out. Also, I was not told in advance that I needed to provide the cleaning supplies, so I ended up paying an extra $8 for the supplies. I had some supplies, but the lady said it wasn't enough.

I am very pleased with Victoria and she cleans my home the way I would, if I had the time. I was also very pleased with the price.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THE WOMAN WHO COMES OUT DOES FANTASTIC WORK. SHE ALWAYS SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH LITTLE OR NO DIRECTION. THEY ARE A VALUABLE ASSET TO ME.

YOU GET EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY MATCH THE CLEANER TO THE CONSUMER SO THAT THEY GET ALONG WELL WITH EACH OTHER.
