It was horrible. Under the home warranty policy, Nick Tech was required to call within 4 business hours of customer call. They did not call me until 3 days later, after two follow-ups from AHS Home Warranty. Nick Tech then told me they would come by between 8 and 5 on Friday. They did not show up until 5:45 that evening. Upon showing up, they stated that the A/C problem was due to lack of maintenance PRIOR TO SEEING THE A/C! (Note this A/C was found with no problems 6 months ago by home inspection upon purchase of the property.)
