They are very reasonable because I have compared the prices to all the other vets. They are very compassionate and very good. Their prices used to be better.

Real well. Our dog Boogaloo was sedated examined and had his teeth cleaned. Buga was available for pickup at the time stated and had no ill effects from the procedure. Buga also had a tumor that we were concerned about, the doctor aspirated the tumor to discover that the tumor was a fatty tumor and nothing to be concerned about. Checking for the tumor cost 29 dollars. The service is great, and the cost is reasonable.

I was very disappointed with the examination process. Doctor didn't check ears. I don't recall if she checked the eyes or not. I had specifically brought my dog in for a checkup and to address her limited mobility. Doctor didn't feel around body for growths, or take note of huge knots on my dogs hind leg knees. My dog has very limited and awkward movement and gait. She's an older black lab so probably had multiple arthritic conditions. Doctor suggested Carprofen even when the Alk Phosphotase lab result was HIGH for my dog. I don't think this was a good idea and went for further exams and testing elsewhere. I had been going to this facility for many years while Dr. Faye was there with her practice. I loved her and so sad to see she's no longer there. I will probably not use this facility in the future.

it went well. all I can say is i'm always treated well, her prices are reasonable (which is all I ever ask for) and she is competent and professional.

Everything went very well, drop-off was easy, I had some options pertaining to her anesthesia and general comfort. I got the services that I felt were necessary for her comfort and my decisions were accepted, no further services were pushed. She was sent home with instructions and pain medication that, as it happened, was unnecessary... sedatives would have been much more useful! She was right back to her normal hyperactive self by the morning. Her stitches healed perfectly.

I took her back the following week for some gut upset, which turned out to be nothing, she'd been eating grass. The vet sent us home with some anti-emetics for her, and the total cost was quite reasonable. They got us in with only a few hours notice and I'm very grateful.

Previously we had the puppy package for her and the staff was always very helpful, even though she's kind of a drama queen.

I'm considering switching our cat over from his vet, who is cat-only, due to the distance and expense.

I didn't meet any other vets at that clinic, but I surely would go back to Dr. Gates for annual checkups, including dental work and other specialty items, for my three cats.

I was impressed because they really listened to my input on the situation and I what I thought could be wrong. They took that into consideration and treated my dog accordingly. They are very good and I would recommend them to anyone. They are reasonably priced as well.
