John, took care of the problem quickly, he went up the roof and replace the tiles. He also notice a couple of things on my roof that for him is a major issue, took a photo of it and showed it to me.. He came back to fix those issues. He went up on the roof again did the work, he took a photo of before and after the job and showed it to me. He is very pleasant to work with and he knows what he is doing. I highly, highly recommend John.
