It's been wonderful! They're very professional, they call me if they have any questions, follow up after jobs. Great communication with this company.

When I call, I don't get a response. If I find somebody else, I wouldn't use them again. They seemed to get the work correctly.

This was the company that provided the diver to repair my pool (see my review of Advaned Pool Coatings for more info).  It so happened that I discussed my pool pump having a bad LED read out (on a Pentair Intelliflow pump) and Liesure Time Pool Repair specialized in that brand, so the repairman knew exactly what the problem was.  Unfortunately, the LED display could not be separated from the computer, and a new computer/LED would have cost me about $1100.  The repairman was able to work around the problem for me, and I was able to get the problem solved for about $170.  Really a smart guy, and very kind and thoughtful.  He did a great job removing all the crud on the tile, as well--looks fabulous. 
Really good company.  I'd recommend them highly.

***WARNING***
In my opinion, if you're looking for a company where you can sit back, relax and leave all the worries of your pool behind, Leisure Time Pools is NOT the company for you! You will spend more time managing them.
We were customers of Leisure Time Pools for approximately 1-1/2 years. We terminated their service due to the following reasons:
     1) Employee turnover rate. It appeared that LTP had a difficult time keeping employees.
     2) Numerous "No-Shows" on scheduled days of service. BTW, I am home on every one of those days.
     3) Excuses, Excuses, Excuses. The owner, Jerry, would always get defensive and have a drawer full of excuses instead of handling the issues in a professional manner. (Which leads me to believe this could be the reason for #1.)
So don't fall for the smoke and mirrors and find a reputable pool company so you can enjoy your pool.

*UPDATE* After putting more thought to the previous grade of "D" that I had given Leisure Time Pools, I'm updating that grade to "F" as I had TERMINATED their services! They also did not reimburse money owed for the remainder of the month.

Provider never responded to request for service. I guess Angie's List is bringing them more business than they can handle. Hopefully this review will help with that problem.
