THE COMPANY DID NOT WARN US ABOUT THE PILLING (BUT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY). THEY DID NOT LET US KNOW WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE A SHAVER, AND IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO US THAT WE WOULD NEED TO SHAVE IT (NOBODY TOLD US MICROFIBER WOULD PILL, THE TECHNICIANS SHOWED US THE LITTLE PIECE OF PAPER THAT SAID THIS COUCH HAD A PROPENSITY TO PILL AFTER OUR PURCHASE) AND WE REFUSE TO SHAVE IT, WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHAT WE WERE IN FOR OR ELSE WE WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THIS MATERIAL COUCH. IT IS LIKE THEY GOT THEIR SALE AND NOW THEY DON'T CARE.
