They were very professional.very fast with scheduling. Even called to see if they could can come couple days earlier than scheduled. Fix my faucet issue very fast. Also notice my water heater was old and said it would need to be placed. A week or so later my water heater started to leak. They know there stuff. I had a great first experience with them and hire they again.

Technician did not do any work, just turned the system back on and charged $99. Called the company's manager to fix the problem. Initially they said I had to go without heat for 2 weeks. Then they said they would call me on Oct 4 if they have time available. Would not recommend this company.

Installers cut parts of the metal shower frame incorrectly. Top wing frames are 1 1/2; to short. Metal piece directly under door... that fits inside the bottom door frame cut about 1 3/4 to short. JRPutman came out three times and their answer to fixing the bottom door piece was use a ton of caulking. Water leakage is horrific. Comes and puts, all along, the bottom 3 frame pieces. I call JRPutman about every 2 days to solve this serious problem. I have been waiting for over 10 days for either Cory OR Don to call NO REPLY. Very unprofessional. Putting me on ignore is not right! I may need to resolve this issue in court. DO NOT HIRE THESE SHODDY PEOPLE! UPDATE 9/27/19: this is my 2nd review. Company finally called me **Don** stating they will order parts needed to fix the problem and all will be fixed. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AFTER 10 DAYS! Don had no idea what parts need replacing, though past technicians took pictures and should have told Don what was needed. I told him what was needed, what company to contact, and gave the job info, so he could call direct and get this problem solved. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE... JR PUTMAN IS SIMPLY STALLING IN STEPPING UP AND FIXING THIS BOTCHED SHOWER CLOSURE INSTALLATION! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
