House 2 Om

4 people cleaned for 4 hours. They did a great job with a very dusty/dirty house. I like the fact that the owners came and checked in while they were cleaning. I was not home at the time because I took my parents out of the house (they are both 89, Mom is on oxygen and dad has advanced gastric/liver/lung cancer) so they could do their job. I had a concern after the cleaning was done and I did not even have to ask them to come come back, because they offered to come back and redo some spots before I could ask them to correct it. My step sister scheduled all of the cleaning so I didn't have anything to do with the hiring House 2 Om. What won me over completely, is when they made good on my concerns. There are not many businesses out there, that are this ethical.
The only thing I would say could have been done differently, wasn't  from House 2 Om, but from the carpet cleaners-that I think they contracted out- I wish that they had gotten more water out of the carpet when they cleaned, so my parents could have come home to their clean house sooner!

A crew of 5 people worked very hard for 5 hours doing a fantastic job cleaning my home. This house was very dirty. I cannot walk, stand or bend well. Things were out of hand. Toni, Carvina, Khila, Diane and Elsie were a true team. Thank you all so very much!
They cleaned the kitchen, the vents, lighting, ceiling fans, pictures, bathroom, window trim, window sills, window tracks, furniture, mirrors,cabinet fronts, receptacles, baseboards, Vacuum and Mop floors. I did not complete my part of the bargain to clear out clutter, so they could clean. They did a wonderful job of stacking, sorting, clearing, and working around it.
The and quot;Bossesand quot; who came and made the estimate were kind, courteous, professional, non-judgemental, and relaxed. The estimate was exactly what was charged. Nothing was added on.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my home. This service was a gift from my daughter and could not have been more timely. I have some health issues at the moment and am limited as to what I can do. My home was in need of some TLC which this mother/daughter team provided. They worked quietly and were very focused. They dusted meticulously, mopped my hardwood floors, vacuumed carpets, and cleaned windows and mirrors. They were extremely careful and respectful of my property. We did a walk through upon completion and I couldn't find a thing they missed. My home looked clean and orderly--and smelled wonderful too.
The next time I need housecleaning done I will not hesitate to call this company.
