Housch did an excellent job. They were prompt about the bid; clear that their estimate only included the roof, clear about the schedule, and that the dry rot would have to be priced when they saw it. (Original bid for roof was about $7k; I had a lot of dry rot!) They were actually able to come about 2 weeks earlier than originally planned and finished the job in about a week with 1-2 men. They worked well with the separate gutter contractor. They tore off the old roof and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was virtually equal to the other bids I got; what made me choose them was the lack of hard sell, the professional quality, and the way they treated me with respect.
