Old spring broke on Saturday and called Haney thinking it would be days before they could schedule me. They text back right away and said they would be out first thing Monday morning to repair. Mike did great work, gave me several tips on the new spring and maintenance and was in and out in about an hour. Great work, great company and Mike is a great service provider. Thanks.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
SCAM STAY AWAY. The technician came to fix our garage door because it wasn?t closing. When he arrived he installed new garage opener and was done in 5 minutes. 30 minutes after he left it stopped working again I called office manager John. He said he can someone out there but it would be additional cost. They had already charged me $150. Now they want $500 plus to come service my door. Additionally their fee was $249 to service the door. Save your money go somewhere else! They have zero warranty/guarantee for their work.

Our garage door was louder than would be expected so we contacted Haney Door Service. Mike arrived and determined that the garage door motor and screw drive needed to be replaced. During the process he also discovered a few other garage door pieces that were needed and adjustments needed to be made. After he made all the necessary changes the garage door sound was substantially less and functioned better. Mike was very professional and has the experience necessary to understand the details of how garage doors operate. If we ever have an additional problem in the future we will call Haney Door Service again!

Dan was our technician, and he was great. He was patient, he explained everything, and he try and up sale us. He was all done less than an hour and had everything cleaned up. We even had a garage ceiling panel that had partially come down, and he re-attached that for us. He went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Overall, a good experience. A bit rigid on scheduling. When a schedule issue came up several days prior to installation, a $250 charge was going to be assessed to reschedule. Yes it was in the contract... but really put me in a bind ?. Gives the perception of a company that values profits over people.

Very happy with everything from the estimate through the installation. During the estimate I felt that all the options were explained to me and any questions that I had were answered completely. Mike was a great representative of the company. During installation James also proved to be a great representative. He explained everything that he was going to do and when he saw a possible roadblock he showed me and then suggested a workaround that was acceptable to me. The door works great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I received very professional service. Mathew ran into a few challenges and explained how he felt they should be handled. Since I have a lot of construction experience I agreed with his judgement. I agreed and the job was scheduled in 3 days. Eric arrived on time, removed the old and installed the new and finished the job as promised. Job well done. The new one was a lot better than the old.
