"Michael [Consumer Name Removed], it's so nice to see you're still at it. Let's tell the good people why we terminated our contract. Within the first 48 hrs of excavation, you added $60k in change orders. That weekend, you reached out to 2 contracts to price it out while you were under contract. Those contractors contacted me, so when I reached out to you, you cowardly never answered and had your lawyer call me and ask for a dissolution of the contract. He asked how much I gave him a number, and if you had answered, I would have done it for free. You lost your case against us because you lied about everything. You breached the contract when you tried to hire contractors while under contract. You're right. The contractors board found that your down payment was more than $1,000.00. This was not paid until all your designs, renderings, and meeting were completed and submitted to the city. This is why it states "possible violation" and was never written up. You also signed a legally bidding letter saying we mutually dissolved the contract, and no party was at fault. You paid your contractor with borrowed money, and you've been coming after me for a year now. Guess life sucks when you try to cheat someone.."
"Well Sam, unfortunately you have never been one of our customers so I can't really comment on how the situation went. I would recommend finding out who did your work and addressing that with them. Considering the lack of detail in your comment, you are likely just waisting everyone's time."
