Global Plumbing

I had previously used Oleg (Global Plumbing) and he was so good that I have him as a contact in my phone. As a renter I've had a couple instances that needed attention regarding my guest bathroom toilet and shower. He was able to easily describe the issue and explain the root cause over the phone and his price were very reasonable. My dad, who met him at the rental, was so impressed with him that he has his number in his phone too. Everyone has had the unfortunate circumstance of having to deal with unexpected costs, delayed appointments, etc. when something needs fixed quickly. Oleg went above and beyond to ease my mind along with my tenants. He was definitely looking out for his customer. There was an instance where he had to order a part and would have to make a separate trip. Instead of immediately taking the job he provided us the part/model details and recommended that we order the part and do it ourselves if we felt comfortable doing so as it was an easy fix and it would save us money. As a result of such transparency and customer centric attention Oleg will always be the first I call when I have a plumbing issue.
