Geof is meticulous about maintaining my machine. He cleans it, oils, it adjusts tension, clears thread snags...he can do anything to get my machine back into full working order. He is prompt, personable, and trustworthy. He is a certified Janome and Viking maintenance guy. He will repair any machine except Pfaff and if he can't fix it, he will honestly let you know. I have used his services several times and am always satisfied.
