I just use my Honda dealership for tune-ups and that's it. They have very good customer service. Their service is very good. Sometimes they're a little pricey. The wait time is average and their waiting area is fine; it's good.

I have a two and a half year old Honda with very, very low mileage because I don't drive very much anymore. So I've just had the oil changed and service twice. They do other things, they rotate the tires. The price is fair. The quality is very good. They really try very hard. They have a shuttle service that is really excellent. It's actually not very far from where I live, but it's certainly far enough that I couldn't walk. So I take my car and they bring me back to my house and then, when the car is finished, they pick me up. It's really very helpful.

They just had one minor little incident while installing the option where they scratched our bumper just by leaning in. It was not any kind of a big deal, but when I pointed it out, they were trying to tell us that it was like that when we brought it in. It is a brand new car so I know it was not like that when we brought it in.

Told me it would take about 3 hours to replace an engine part. Something else was done and anything I asked about was explained or taken care of. I only waited an hour and a half! The workers are great and even wash your car before they give it back to you! (Date may be off a bit.)
