He didn't instruct any of my daily activities & and actually clean quick & efficient very pleasant & the bonus was he took all trash with him including the door itself. Thank you! After interviewing several contractors for extensive dry dot siding and deck work, I chose Expolight Construction. During the estimate process, Terry was reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. His price was fair and his attention to detail was assuring. He started the work ahead of schedule, which I was delighted about. After he opened the siding, he encountered more problems that were not visible without opening the exterior. He showed me the additional dry rot damage and gave me a reasonable estimate for the additional repair. He finished all the work on time and the results were excellent. Terry is honest, competent, and reliable. I am very happy with the work and would definitely hire Expolight again.

I was referred to Terry Chuguy by my painting contractor to repair dryrot around the outside door frame on my side garage door, and to replace the door too. And, I also needed a new gate to the backyard. I was very impressed with Terry, the owner, he was so friendly and professional. We discussed pricing and he was very well aware of me being a senior being on a fixed income. The price for all the work they did was below what I had expected and I'm very grateful to him for considering all they did. As far the timeline, he had to special order the right size door, or he job would have been completed sooner. Overall, I will refer Expolight to family and friends who are in need.
