Expert Design & Construction

I was very happy and pleased with them.

Harry is very personable and a pleasure to talk to. We started this project excited to have found a company that we felt comfortable with from the start. Unfortunately, there were just too many times that things became an issue. Things were not done in a timely manner. Commitments were not followed up on. This six week project started on January 14, 2012. I wrote the last check today (8/10/12). We will be hiring another company to finish the outstanding item that we just can't seem to get resolved. 
I wish Harry and Expert Design the very best and wish this experience could have turned out differently.

We lived in our home during the remodel which is not easy to do. Expert has an excellent design team. We explained what we wanted and they were able to get it down on paper. We worked together on the design and we got better results that we could have visualized. They are excellent on communication so we were always aware who was to be working on what when. We had very little down time during the entire process and the subs that they used were very professional and did excellent work (cabinets, tile, granite, plumbing, sheetrock, etc). As with any remodel, problems will come up. When they did, Expert was good at resolving the matter quickly and amicably. We made about 15 changes resulting in change orders along the way. All but one was made at our request and I'm glad we made them.
