THEY WERE PRICED EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE BUT AS THE SAYING GOES, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. THEY DID NOT KEEP IN CONTACT, I TOLD THEM MONTHS IN ADVANCE MY EXPECTED CLOSING DATE AND THEY WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO ASK FOR TIPS. WE ENDED UP CLOSING TWO WEEKS LATE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THEIR PART COMPLETED. WE HAD ALREADY SOLD OUR PREVIOUS HOME AND HAD TO INCONVENIENCE FRIENDS. NIGHTMARE!
