ERC Emergency Restoration & Cleaning

They are a certified company that deals with mold remediation. They are doing a good job. Kevin is the name of the manager. I have no problem with them. They are really excellent. They know the story of what happened and they are doing their best to try and contain the cost and explain everything to me as they go along. They've been really great and the project manager has been really wonderful. Their partners are Always Green Clean. They actually even came out about a year ago. Just on their own they wanted to see what was happening. They came in and moisture meters to see where the leaks were happening; they have just been really great. They didn't charge for any of that. They were more concerned about doing the right thing. It's not the concrete but they found boards that attach the house to the concrete foundation that have to be removed. They are a general contractor. They are supervising the HVAC because it has to be repaired. They are a general contractor and are supervising because the HVAC had to be repaired  because there was like sludge of mold and stuff inside it. They are doing a number of things. They are subcontracting but supervising jobs. They have been very concerned. They have gone out of their way to explain issues with me. They've really done their best to control cost and they have been guiding me in this very difficult process of this very complex job.
