We are happy to add him on to your list.  We recommend them highly.  They clean up after themselves.  They are very nice.  They practically lived with us for four months.  They are very nice, very polite, they work hard and don’t fool around; all good things. They are wonderful to be around.  They come in and get their job done and it is not a lot of chaos and they know what they are going to do when they get here.  Each man does his job.  Same time they were always willing to stop and help us if we were lifting something heavy and that kind of thing.  After they finished the biggest part of our remodel they sent a house cleaner for two days who washed the windows and did everything and we can’t think of any way to improve.  They power washed the street after they were finished.  The lived here during the whole remodel and they kept saying to tell them when it was going to get tuff and they will leave.  The owner is young.  They have good sense of humor and they are terrific.

We have one of those TV niches created for newer homes that are typically too small or too big for any store bought furniture. Dan Gwiazdon came out of our house, sat down with us, and designed a cabinet that would match our existing furniture. He offered some design suggestions (such as copying the detail framing of an existing wine cabinet) and listened to our requests (such as adding a channel down the back of the unit for wires). He let us know what could make the piece more expensive to build and helped us make the final decisions. Dan set our expectations on the timeline for delivery and those expectations were either met or exceeded. His team was very communicative and arrived promptly for all appointments. The even took a drawer from the wine cabinet so they could match the stain on the new unit. We feel that the new piece is a great addition to the room!

The overall kitchen remodel was completed satisfactory. However, I soon realized I may have made a mistake selecting this particular contractor when it took several weeks from the time I signed a contract until a Builder's Review was scheduled to begin work. Once the work began, I encountered problems with the building permit not being obtained before the electrical work began and coordination with the timing of the granite installation and electrical installation. Whenever concerns arose, my only means of communicating was via email. Dan Gwiazdon, the President of Entertainment Centers Plus was good about responding by email, but never visited my home after signing a contract and would not return phone calls whenever problems arose. When the cabinet installers applied the laminate skins to the cabinets, they dripped glue on the tile floor which I mentioned, but ended up cleaning myself. I thoroughly cleaned the melamine interior finish after they applied the skins, but they drilled holes for the recessed hinges, door knobs and drawer pulls and failed to vacuum or sweep up the sawdust when they finished. I also experienced numerous delays for various reasons and was often not informed until after the expected arrival time when I called to find out what happened. On the positive side the maple cabinets look great, the cabinet installers replaced several discolored panels and the final price was exactly what I was quoted.
