My phone worked ok until Feb 27, 2017 when I had to return it to CPR with exactly the same problem and the person at the counter accepted it as a warranty repair. The next day on I received a call from Brandon saying that he could find nothing that was causing the problem there was nothing he could do but for me to take the phone back as is. No offer of refunds just take it or leave it with him stating that nothing was covered by warranty.
Description of Work: I brought my iphone in on Jan 26, 2017 with the volume up control button being inoperative. I picked it up "as repaired" on Jan 27, 2017.
