Chen's Granite demo'd our tile countertop in our kitchen and installed granite countertops. They did a fantastic job. The workers were clean and courteous. The counters turned out great and we are very happy with the installation. My only complaint is their punctuality. Paul, the owner showed up a few hours late to measure our counters after the demo and they did not do a good job of communicating that they would be so late. On the day of installation, I let the workers know ahead of time they needed to arrive at my house by 8:30 so I could go to work for an important meeting and also reiterated this to Paul and Alice, the other owner. I was promised repeatedly that they would be on time and not to worry. The crew ended up showing up about 20 minutes late, which was pretty aggravating. Otherwise I have no complaints about the work that was done and would recommend them.
