This is a no brainer - call them, ask for Gary, get your carpet done right. You'll probably save 30% over "Empire" and other competitors. Keep your money local, get the job done right.

I had been looking for a specific type of tile for months, without success, and Gary found exactly what I wanted.  Not only did he find what I wanted, but at a great price!  I can't say enough about how helpful he was.  And Sergey did a great job of laying the tile diagonally.

Worked with Gary and Mary to pick out the carpet.  They are very knowledgeable and friendly.  They have good selection.  Mary (super nice) came out to measure and another time to ensure the gaps between the wall and stairs would not cause any problem.  They were concerned when our other contractor Dale Bradley who was installing tile in our house and wanted the job to install wood stairs called Carpets Plus that the gaps would be a major issue.  Mary came out to look at the gap and talked with installer (Tim) at length to ensure that it will not be any problem.  Indeed there was no issue and carpet was installed beautifully on the stairs.
Tim and helper (can't remember name) came on time for 2 days and installed all of the carpet.  They removed the old ones and moved all of the furniture during the process.  They returned the furniture to exact spot after the install.  We had a design that required 2 carpet color for stairs which took more time and labor.  They were able to do it well and turned out great.  They were fast and professional.  Cleaned up after the job and finished on time.  We are very happy with the carpet.
On the price, we didn't really shop around much.  Tried to compare at Home Depot and they didn't carry carpet of the quality we chose.  Based on their description, price Gary gave us seems good.

WE LIKED THE VARIETY THAT THIS STORE HAD TO OFFER. THEY WERE COOPERATIVE. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I THOUGHT THAT THE MAN WE DEALT WITH WAS VERY NICE.

THE WORK DONE WAS VERY GOOD ALTHOUGH I FEEL THAT THE PRICE WAS KIND OF EXPENSIVE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
