We have used Brent for over ten years now and trust him implicitly. He is always fair with his prices and is on time. He was late for an appointment one time by five minutes and called to let us know.I really cannot say enough about California Heat and Air.

Brent the owner is a true professional who was on time, worked within budget and left no trace on the scene. His work was outstanding and I would highly recommend his services to everyone. He is the best. I will be using him again for installing a new heater when the time comes. Most of all though Brent is honest and you can trust him unlike some of the other people out there who try to hustle your business.

Great expierance. He had an available appointment the very next day. Our heater went out in the middle of winter and we needed help ASAP and Brent came to our rescue. He first wanted to make sure that it was not a simple problem and after that was ruled out was able to replace the circuit board within a day. He notified me that the part could have a range in price if he had to get one specific to our heater instead of a multi fit product. He was able to make the multi fit circuit work and the outcome was a less expensive bill!

We have worked with Brent before and always been impressed. He is very friendly, honest, and punctual.

I came home from work Friday night to a cold house and, with the rain, it's probably the coldest week-end of the spring! I started looking over Angie's list and called several heating and a/c companies. Got answer machines on several although many showed working hours M-F only. Since California Heat and Air answered "yes" that they work week-ends and they weren't too far from my house, I place a call to them. The outgoing message gave a cell phone number which I called and Brent answered the phone about 8 pm Fri night. What a pleasant surprise! We arranged for him to come at 2:30pm Saturday. He let me know he does not charge extra for Saturdays and that the service call is $80.00. He arrived right on time (or a little ahead), was extremely professional, clean cut with his company's shirt on. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in about a half hour and charged me just the $80 "since it was a minor repair." He wrote up the invoice, I paid by check, we chatted, and I thanked him. Boy, was this ever a refreshing interaction with a service person. Would I recommend him? Highly! Will I use him again? You bet. He pointed out to me that he is an "owner, operator, and technician" so you'll get the right service from the person at the top. Don't know how long he's been in business, but I would guess it's been some years. He just presents as a nice, honest, knowledgeable business owner.

Great guy. Comes in finds the problem in minutes and showed my how to fix it next time.
