BUDGET BLINDS-RANCHO CORDOVA

Ordered shutters for 3 windows on October 14, 2013.  I was told it would 6 to 8 weeks.  Contacted them after 8 weeks and was told the shutters would be arriving on December 20, 2013 and could be installed on December 23, 2013.  We out of town on that date so I rescheduled for December 30, 2013.  They said they would be coming to install between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.  I received a call at 9:45 a.m. stating the shutters had not arrived and they were trying to check with the company, but that the company was closed due to the holidays and would not open again until January 2, 2014. 

On January 6, 2014, I received an e-mail stating that my shutters had been damaged by a forklift operator and would have to be reordered and they would take 4 weeks.  Then in 4 weeks I received an e-mail stating that there was a delay due to the factory being closed for Chinese New Year.  I received another call stating that the shutters were on a boat from China and were going to reach the dock on March 12, 2014.  Sinc, it has been 5 months, I stated that I wanted a refund because I have concerns that the container containing my shutters will probably fall off the ship.  Jessica Black said she understood and would be refunding my money by the end of February.  I have not heard anything from her since and I have not received my refund.

The first ordered blinds for the entire house, save four windows, had to be reordered and replaced do to the incompetence of the new agents for Rancho Cordova, Evan and Rikki Cass. The replacements, which are passable, came with a disaster of vertical blinds for a sliding glass door. They ordered those blinds to the exact measurement of the door frame - big mistake. All outside mount window coverings should be larger than what is being covered. The width is bad enough, but we can see the brackets above the valance.
They are claiming we demanded this sized blind, which we did not. That means that they are not honoring their satisfaction guarantee. As there are so many better options, stay away from these people.
