My wife and I went to Becks Rancho Cordova by the tracks to find a couch and a queen bed, We came in contact with Lisa sales lady very helpful and knew the showroom and what she was selling, we bought a nice Bluetooth wireless installed power reclining couch and a queen bed box and mattress and two temper pedic cloud pillows and a as is slightly damaged standing lamp. The day of delivery the delivery people called at 3:00 the time they said on the ticket plus a call was make 4 hours before their arrival, I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment and the guys worked as a team and without any bad remarks of the steps deliver and set up the bed and the couch in no time, They explained how to work the couch and was very pleasant. Our over all exspireance was excellent.
I know salespersons can be pushy or rued short tempered but this transaction went very smoothly, The only thing negative were the supporting office staff of the transaction. I am not wealthy just a working class person but very in touch with my surroundings
