2 days later the paint bubbled. He seemed irritated when he came to look at again. He told me that I worried too much. He said that he had a family and other work. He didn't want to be bothered with correcting his work. He did not live up to his agreement of guaranteeing his work. Another painter looked at the work and said it was done wrong.

APS Painting was one of three bids we took on our exterior paint job.  Our house is wood and stucco with a concrete tile roof and had not been painted in over twenty years.  We chose Albert because he assessed the house thoroughly, noting dry rot and cracks that would need to be repaired and filled.  The first day was spent repairing dry rot, filling cracks, caulking around everything, taping, sheeting drop cloths and putting a base coat on the house.  The next two days were painting, spraying and cutting in the colors.  We had a three color scheme so the hand labor was considerable.  The last day, Albert askes us to walk with him around the house and point to anything we would like changed.  Wow, such a pro!
