Over the New Year weekend, we were gone and came home on Monday to a house that was 58F. The gas heater was on, but the fan wasn't blowing. On Tuesday at 7:45am, I called ATC and asked if someone would be available to come out and repair our heater. I was already a customer from a couple years ago, when they cleaned our ducts. They said yes, the could have someone out between 10am-12pm. I asked if someone could call before coming, so I could meet them. They called me at 10:30am and met me at the house at 11am. They identified a blown motor on the fan, caused by dust and dog hair, cleaned the fan, fixed a code violation and had us warming the house again by 1:30pm the same day. They had all the parts in their van, no additional visits necessary. We also, signed up for their annual service to inspect the Heater and AC, which got us a 10% discount on the current service. The repair man was very nice and helpful and I would hire them again in a minute, just because I never had to wait!

They did a good job finding the source of what the problem was for this particular issue. I have had other issues with them in the past that would give me reason to not hire them again.
