AAJC will install, troubleshoot & repair cabling & small business phone systems for both residential and commercial purposes. AAJC only uses 100% copper cabling, Cat5E 350 mhz or Cat6E 550 mhz for our data and phone installs.. (NO CCA). AAJC considers special requests and perform custom installations. AAJC fishes walls, accesses attics and crawl spaces. AAJC Installs conduit & connections to multiple buildings on same property, such as a rear cottage. AAJC offers Veterans and, Seniors over 60, 15% off labor. AAJC ALWAYS quote any additional work and charges required before beginning or continuing service. AAJC NEVER charges for work not performed to our clients satisfaction, PERIOD.

Chris provided same-day service, and worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose my problem, which kept my cost down. He also provided great customer service by providing a 2-hour arrival window, calling about 20 minutes prior to arrival, and providing a detailed invoice both on paper and electronically. If only all repairmen were this competent and reliable.

Wiring was done, but not like we wanted to. Wiring was placed on a different wall than we asked and installer said he was limited in what he could do. We had a satellite wire split, but it didn't work. Everything now works once the same installer came out a second time, an hour later than the time given. Based on the company's staff that I spoke to on the phone, it appears the installer didn't get paid for the 2nd response because some of the work didn't function so the installer probably only gets paid by the job.
