ACTION CABINETS

Dennis came out after he had worked all day in Tahoe to look at our kitchen and give us ideas. He was very helpful in our design plan. We have a smaller kitchen and wanted to maximize space. He was extremely helpful and had a vast amount of experience to help us with our design. After he bid the kitchen we were surprised that his custom cabinets were not as costly as big box store cabinets that weren't custom made. After agreeing on the design I thought of another project I wanted added to the design. Dennis was very accommodating and did the extra work for very little extra expense. We chose a cherry color and Dennis did not disappoint. The cabinets are amazing. The doors are heavy, the hardware is strong and the pull outs for the pantry and pots and pans function perfect, even when I overload them. The cabinets arrived the exact day promised. We had one door that Dennis was unhappy with and he wanted to re-make it. I didn't see the flaw but, he wasn't happy and changed it. It was delivered within a week. The small details Dennis adds to the construction of his cabinets show. I walk into my kitchen every morning now for a year and am thankful for the beautiful cabinets and granite that greet me. Yes, Dennis helped me pick the granite also. He has done a lot of kitchen remodels, this was my first so I trusted his instinct. he was right. If I could give this company an A+++ I would. They won't disappoint.

We've hired Dennis, through our contractor, on 2 custom built homes in Susanville.  He built 2 bookcases for us in Lincoln as well.  We thought we'd be getting the gorgeous work we've received in the past.  However, this time he lead us to believe he would be making our cabinets yet again.  Come to find out, that wasn't the case and they are horrible.  He promised to replace at least 25 of the fronts and repair the others.  Due to deaths in his and our family, there was a delay.  However, he won't return phone calls or text messages.  We are left with cabinets that are embarrassing and simply not what we paid for or expected.  We are still willing and wanting desperately for Dennis to step up to the plate and make this right.  We've paid far too much money to be left with a product that is so inferior to what Dennis has proven to do.  We thought we were more than just a job.
