Bought Angie's list deal, they took my money and did not honor the deal. Also, did not show up or call for the appointment I booked with them. Once I finally reached them I was told they were on Angie's List "by mistake" and Angie's list was not supposed to have sold me anything. Then called me several days later to ask me to submit a positive review. I also felt pretty uncomfortable since the provider knows my address. The whole ning was very unprofessional and was a scam. I am cancelling Angie's list after this experience.

It went very well. Kevin took the time needed to trace back all of the wiring and fix what was done incorrectly in the first place. It really took someone with more than just the normal knowledge of electrical schematics to figure out the problem and then implement a solution. I would definitely recommend Kevin especially when it comes to his overall knowledge of electrical engineering.

Charged over $300 and decided not to use. Has taken a month for a refund and still don't have it yet. Terrible experience all the way around.

"You have asked me for a bid/estimate and did not use me for your service. You can only write a negative or positive review if you have used me. You have no right to write something about me where you only spoke to me on the phone. That is an unethical practice for a customer to do that. Also, you get that refund of $39 from Angies List because the service was not provided or used you had a right to get a refund. That is between you and Angie's List. I think we spoke over the phone and you said you were going to get your refund from them and you were not going to list any negative response.. Thank you for your understanding. Kevin"

After working on it for 2 hrs, he had a hard time working on the switches! He got one part to work and the other part not working! I just told him, to just finished it way he knows and he did. Sorry!

"[Member Name Removed] called me for one project and I told her we can use the ecommerce coupon the $109 for that particular work because it is a service call dealing with troubleshooting and repair inside the house. After I fixed that switch which was suppose to control the light inside the home, she told me by the way, there is another problem with switch next to the one you are working which is not controlling the garage light. After diagsnotic that problem, I told her that there is no switch leg wired to the light and it will be an extra charge of $250 which was going to involve couple of hours of work. She did not want to do that and told me to finish what I am working on. Obviously, what she heard was beyond her expectation which was not my fault. She even mentioned that previous electrical work of garage lighting was done by her deceased husband who was not an electrician."

His prices on labor were on par, but it took a little longer than expected, so I had an out of pocket expense. But the work was great and he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. The price of the bulbs and light fixture were included in the cost of service
