We had an excellent experience with Secure Roofing Solutions. During the winter rain, we discovered a minor leak at one of the vent stacks in our metal roof. We spotted a trail of water down the vent stack pipe in our attic. We contacted several roofing companies who told us they did not work on metal roofs or did not do repairs (only roof replacements) . When we contacted Sergio Diaz at Secure Roofing Solutions he came to inspect the roof the next day. He discovered 2 vent stacks that had minor holes in the caulking and would need to be repaired. His cost was extremely reasonable for the job. He came the next day and completed the repair. We highly recommend Sergio and Secure Roofing Solutions

Sergio came the day I called for a leaking roof. He applied a patch and his workers came back at my convenience to complete the job on the entire roof. He even provided me with a warranty.

Sergio of Secure Roofing was very quick to respond to my request for quotes. He could see immediately what the cause of the leak was and pointed out the tale tell signs to me. The quote seemed reasonable. After I accepted it, he got his team on it and fixed within the next few hours and good thing as it started raining again when they were close to finishing. His team worked through the rain and finished the job.

Sergio responded promptly and gave us the quote the same day. They came out the next day and completed the work on the same day. Clean up was great, we wouldn't have know they were ever here. We needed an invoice and Sergio got to us very quickly.
