+ -1 moreARRIVED ON TIME. WAS THOROUGH. EXTENSIVE WORK IS NEEDED ON THE EXTERIOR BALCONY AND EXTERIOR SIDING WHERE THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE. HE DIDN'T MISS A THING.
Description of Work: INSPECTED A FIXER HOUSE FOR TERMITE DAMAGE. EXAMINED BOTH INTERIOR, EXTERIOR, AND A LOWER LEVEL STORAGE ROOM.
