Ray came to give me the quote and thoroughly inspected the interior
(inside the attic) of the roof. He assisted me in making sure that the
drywall would not fall in and would possibly dry out without damage. He
told me an approximate date the repair would be made and gave me the
estimated price. He said he would contact me ahead of the service date
to make sure all was set. He did contact me before the service date
which was earlier than I had imagined given the amount of rain we have
had the past two weeks. He arrived as scheduled and spent approximately
8 hours completing the work, himself and with his assistant.
He was especially careful of keeping my dogs enclosed when he came and went. After all was completed they cleaned up thoroughly. The price was the estimated cost, although more tiles were damaged and replaced than Ray had estimated. Today it is raining again and I do not have any leaks. He guarantees his work for 2 years. I am very impressed with the work done and professionalism with which it was accomplished.

It was Thanksgiving week, and our roof leaked. I called Ray the day before Thanksgiving, and he promptly came out the day after Thanksgiving. I showed Ray where the leak was in our garage. In the rain, Ray climbed up on the roof, and found the problem immediately. A few weeks before, one of the people installing gutters on our house had apparently tripped on the roof and dislodged on of the cement tiles. That one tile being out of place caused the leak. Ray found it immediately and replaced it. When he came down, I spoke with him. There were several other customers he needed to go see. The rain had everyone having leak issues. He seemed rushed, so I told him to send an invoice and I'd get a check in the mail to him immediately. I also thanked him profusely for rescuing us from the leak. He said goodbye and left. To this day, he has never sent me an invoice. Ray is a man of few words, but he is an honorable guy. We have used him for about 8 years, and his work has always been great and we've never had it leak. I appreciate his commitment to customer service and always being fair with his pricing. Thanks Ray!
