As far as I can tell they did great work on the roof, but it hasn’t rained. We had a bunch of rain the first part of this year and that is why we had to have them come out. It was really difficult to get quotes from other people. Some came out and they said they would do a quote, but we never got the quotes. Others just never called back. They were all really busy because of the heavy rains, they have a lot of work. He was actually very good with responding. They seemed to do a really good job. I gave a “B” for responsiveness simply because they were really busy and we had to wait about 3 weeks to get the work done.

We had our old roof taken off and this was done with minimal mess. John gave us options and suggestions on repairs needed and listened to our concerns.  All of his crew were courteous and respectful of our property; they arrived on time and made revisions without issue. John was here on a daily basis to check on the status of the job.  We would highly recommend him.

He was very nice to work with.  His crew did a beautiful job on the roof.  There were a couple of problems with the subcontractor that they used to help get supplies to the roof.  John was very apologetic and he spoke with the subcontractor to help with it.  Because John Scott Roofing did such a good job on my roof, a neighbor also used him.

Excellent service and product. John gave us great advice & guided us in picking new roof. Repaired all issues after showing us the damaged parts & explaining each step.

JOHN SCOTT GAVE US THE LOW BID ON THIS PROJECT, AND WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROFESSIONALLY AND ON SCHEDULE, WITH MINIMAL INCONVENIENCE TO EXISTING TENANTS. THE NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT, AND THE SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN AND IN PERFECT SHAPE. AN EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
