THEY OFFERED THE BEST PRICE OUT OF THE 3 BIDS THAT WE ACQUIRED. THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND THE PRODUCT MET OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY DO NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY TO PHONE CALLS AND THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS PRACTICALLY NON-EXISTENT.
