I HAD TO PAY A CONTRACTOR EXTRA FOR MISTAKES MADE IN THE PLANS. FOR EXAMPLE: WE NEEDED TO MOVE A WINDOW DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DESIGNED AS REQUESTED. WE ALSO NEEDED TO PAY FOR A FAN AND DRAIN BECAUSE OF ROOF DESIGN. LEVIG HAS NOT REPLIED TO MY LETTER ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS.
