Very smoothly.  Good customer service and quality carpet.  Two years later I still love it every time I step on it.

They did a great job. It transformed the room.

Omar is forthright, honest, knowledgeable and punctual. From a logistical perspective he ensured everything was scheduled on time and delivered as promised.

His Choice Tile-Guy Moises and his partner are awesome, I cannot say enough about Moises, ranked 11 on 1-10 scale. 

Each day he was prompt, worked long hours and ended each day at a good stopping point as well as cleaning up behind his work. 

It?s rare these days to find individuals in this trade particularly that continue to take Pride in their work and know the value of pure Quality. 

He cut no corners and took no shortcuts as most would I suspect in order speed the job up, get paid and move on. 

He took his time and was very detailed in every aspect of the JOB.  Don?t get me wrong here, yes he ?took his time? however he?s very efficient and the project was done with time to spare. 

I have complete trust in his abilities and wouldn?t hesitate for a second in the future to re-hire Moises again.

First, Omar promptly responded to my request for a quote.  After getting several more quotes, my husband and I felt Carpet Country was the right fit for our budget and family.  Omar and the crew at Carpet Country were wonderful.  From the beginning, we felt very much at ease with everyone we interacted with throughout the process.  The materials arrived in time and installed as scheduled. Sam and Moises worked tirelessly to get everything installed in time.  Throughout installation, even our 5 and 2 year old enjoyed interacting with Sam, Moises, and another gentleman (can't remember his name). Omar regularly checked up on the installation.  It has been a year since the completion of their work and we are completely satisfied with their service and craftsmanship.  We have recommended them to many who asked where we had gotten our floors.  We highly recommend them!

This is  a family business in Poway  providing professional and  personalized service with competitive pricing. You will meet with an actual owner  (I met with Coussaie) to pick out  materials from an extensive selection of samples.  A free estimate included taking measurements at the work site, at my convenience, on the same day I met to pick out the  flooring. The work was scheduled quickly for the end of the week. The installer worked all day long for two days to get our job done. We received a follow up call from the owner  to see if all went well (we also received a complimentary  laminate cleaning mop and cleanser!). We will be returning for additional flooring needs.

Adding to this review, we recently hired Carpet Country again to install our upstairs master bathroom tile and received the same excellent installation, product, and personalized service.

Work began on Monday for demo, which was expected to be 2 days.  As noted earlier, it took 3 days, due to a wonky subfloor.  Laying the diagonal tile proceeded well, and the installers were patient as we chose nearly invisible grout.  They were scrupulous in cleaning the tile so we could get a true sense of the final product.  Both the tilers and the baseboard installer walked with us through the final product to be sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.  The entire job took 2 weeks, but I was without a kitchen just one night (much to my chagrin; I was hoping to have an eating-out excuse for longer).  A job very well done.  Kudos to Carpet Country.

Carpet country was wonderful and they are well-deserving of their consistent A ratings. 
The owners Nazem and Coussaie Agha provided exceptional service and advice during the process.  They made several trips to my house to measure the rooms and to make sure that the moisture content of the concrete slab was low enough for wood flooring.  They were very patient and helpful while I chose the different flooring materials. It was an involved process and they made sure that I was happy with my choices before proceeding.    Then the installation was done by two craftsmen, Clemente and Alex.  The quality of the work is excellent, they paid great attention to detail and came up with solutions to problems (such as my folding panel door, which needed a bracket holder when the old flooring was removed).  They completely redid the baseboards on the stairs so that they fit the carpet properly (the original installation when the house was built was done very poorly).   The floors look amazing.

Everything turned out great.  Their price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received.  The installers were friendly, polite and accomodating.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of the products or their workmanship. The workers are considerate, communicate well, and just do things right. We are happy we didn't try to cut costs and had the job done right. It was more expensive than we had hoped, but we wanted the floor finished on-site. Scott made sure to educate me on all of our options and showed me more affordable options like prefinished wood floors and laminate. By having all the floors replaced at the same time, everything is level and looks great.

Their prices are reasonable. They communicate well, and work efficiently. We had another contractor in our home at the time, and Carpet Country worked around them well. I really appreciated that were flexible with scheduling.

Scott Bowen is the owner. They did the work from September through December. We bought the house when it was in transition being readied to be put on the market. We bought it when some of the flooring had been already started to be put down. We were able to come in and pick all the carpet. We stayed with the wood that they put down so far. Then we picked up the different carpets and tile that we wanted in the different rooms and of course the granite for the fireplaces and the cabinet tops as well as the tile on the backsplashes for the kitchen. We had another company to come in and retexture the walls. Carpet Country came in and put the Ram Board down so the flooring that they had already put down at that point would not be damaged. It allowed the drywaller to come in and retexture the walls to the texture that we liked. They put down the Ram Board at no cost. When the drywalling was done, they picked it up and proceeded with the work. No damage was done to the wood flooring that was already put in. We had an issue with the refrigerator that got damaged. It took a while to get it worked out, but everything has worked out in that area. We will probably hire them when we redo our bathroom.

Carpet Country Flooring is fantastic and I highly recommend them. Not only were they the least expensive of all the bids, they provided the best service every step of the way - from the sale through the installation. To begin with, they spent a lot of time with us up front helping select the right tile and hardwood. I personally am not very good at being able to tell how a single square of tile will look in an entire room, so once we selected a tile, they ordered a single box so that we could lay it out and see how it looked. Carpet Country guarantees that you will be satisfied (or they will pull out the flooring), so they spend a lot of time with you up front to make sure that you will be happy. They gave us great advice and help when selecting the tile. Their installation team was also FANTASTIC! They arrived on time, let you know their schedule ahead of time, and were artists in their craft. My husband has very high standards and expectations for workmanship, and he is very happy with their work. They were always considerate of our schedule since we were living in the house while everything was getting torn up. I've never experienced contractors leaving a place so clean at the end of the day. We are extremely happy with our new flooring and with the work they did. You won't go wrong with this company!

We have used Carpet Country for the past 11 years for flooring in various homes and rentals that we have owned. They are always competitively priced, have excellent products for the money, are very professional and very knowledgeable. We will continue to use them for our flooirng needs.

Carpet Country came in and performed a very professional installation just before Christmas on very short notice. Scott came over with samples and recommendations and set up the install very quickly. The installers came on time, cleaned up when they were done and finished earlier than promised, including moving all the furniture back.

They did the job VERY quickly and with GREAT consideration that every day closed we were losing valuable business. In a time of great stress we really felt like they were on our side and were genuinely concerned with getting the job done well and quickly. They seemed to care about the project as much as if it had been done in their own homes - and you can't ask for more than that.
