Andler Building company was the last of a half dozen contractors that we interviewed to do our work. The owner Sam Andler visited with my husband and I and worked through all the many exterior issues that we were faced with and put together a comprehensive plan to attack each area. This first pass repaired our roof, patched the stucco installed gutters and solar and updated the thermal characteristics of the house with new insulation in the attic as well as a whole house coating which had the added benefit of refreshing the look of our home. We are beyond please with the overall aesthetic as well as how we worked out our financing through a PACE loan, all of which was handled by Sam and his team. We have already recommended Andler Building to a few friends and one neighbor already followed through with insulation upgrades.

The work took longer than expected, but the outcome was better than I originally thought it would be. Very nice windows and the price seems a little high, but good service.

Last year in the Fall I decided to replace the old windows in my home. They were leaking cold air, some of the screens were missing and some of the windows did not open! In my search for a company to hire, I came across Andler Building. Their sales person was polite, well-informed, professional and had samples of the actual materials they would install! He explained how their windows would help to keep out the hot summer air and insulate against the cold in the winter. I was so impressed I hired them on the spot. I absolutely love my new windows! Then some months after that, I wanted to clean my backyard and have something done to curb the growth of weeds that would look nice, be less maintenance and last. After the initial weeding was done, I contacted Andler again just to see if they could help me. They installed a weed mat and decomposed granite making my yard very clean and manageable and drought tolerant. Then Sam Andler suggested some other energy efficient ideas. They insulated my attic, repaired moldy stucco on the back of my house, and applied a special energy efficient coating over it. I was amazed how these changes also helped to minimize outside noise. After that Sam suggested they could also do the same coating on the front of the house and repair some rotted wood and install gutters. I feel that my home is more energy efficient, provides comfortable insulation from heat, cold, noise, can withstand the elements and will last many, many years while looking beautiful! Andler Co.. is vey honest, crew clean up daily, impeccable work and quote never changed, Sam and Joe were extremely professional and were there thru-out the job which included 2 houses with 12 windows, new roofs, french door, slider and exterior coating. They helped arrange financing and everything was as promised.
