the price they quoted back then was TWICE as much as competitor's. when trying to pay the fee, they had added a late fee of over $30 to the $110 lease fee (also more than twice of what I have to pay now) and they very rudely informed me that this cannot be waived even though I was only about 2 weeks late and had been on an extended vacation in Germany when the bill came. I finally cancelled the contract last week (had to wait until the propane level was at 5%) and would be surprised if there is much of a refund for the 4-5 months remaining on the lease. They will find all kinds of expenses/reasons. overall, I just felt like they could care less about me as their customer of 11 years - maybe they cater more to big businesses with bigger orders. It seemed like they nickel-and dime small consumers to death...

They were pretty good. They didn't fill the propane to 100% but they only filled it up to 85% and I think because we're a first time costumers with them so they gave us a discount with all they want to sold us. They were available on short notice and the gentleman was able to fix it. They didn't clean-up some of the other equipment actually. They installed a new one to replace the old one.

OUR EXPERIENCE OVER THE PHONE WAS GOOD AND AN INITIAL REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. IT WAS A BIT OF A SURPRISE THEN THAT THE INSTALLER THAT CAME OUT WAS NOT A GOOD COMMUNICATOR. AFTER LAYING THE PROPANE LINE WE BEGAN TO WONDER IF WE HAD CHOSEN THE RIGHT COMPANY. (WE HAVE SEVERAL TO CHOOSE FROM HERE). WHEN HE BROUGHT THE PROPANE TANK TO INSTALL, IT WAS 7 FEET LONG INSTEAD OF THE 5 FOOT ONE WE HAD BEEN PROMISED. WE TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE AND HE ARGUED WITH US ABOUT IT, SAYING THAT THE SIZES ARE UNPREDICTABLE, THAT 7 FEET IS REALLY NO DIFFERENT THAN 5 AND GROUSING ABOUT IT BEING THE FRONT OFFICE'S FAULT. WE SENT THAT TANK AND INSTALLER AWAY AND GOT THE CORRECT TANK AND NICER INSTALLERS FROM ANOTHER PROPANE COMPANY.
