Air Express Heating & Cooling

Fine, but the labor charge was high and the parts cost was multiplied by 10.

Everything was great - I had looked on Angie's List for furnace repair. ASI and Anderson had a lot of ratings and pop up near the top of the search list. We have used them both in the past for repair and an air conditioner, so I called, but they were both booked out for 3-4 days. My husband hates being cold, so I kept trying. I called a few others that were near the top of the list, but everyone was booking into the following week. I remembered there was a sticker on the furnace, so looked at that and that's how I found Air Express. They had left a sticker on the furnace from a previous repair done before we owned the house. I looked up Air Express' rating on Angie's List and although there were no recent reports, the two older reports were all As. So I called and Ron was available within 24 hours! He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and was very professional. He got the furnace working and we will be warm again at night. Air Express may not have a lot of ratings on Angie's List, but he does as good a job as ASI and Anderson. We'll use him again! He should be up higher on the list!

HE CAME WITHIN A DAY OR TWO, WAS PUNCTUAL AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. HE ALSO DID WORK FOR US AT TWO OTHER RESIDENCES ON THE SAME DAY AND WAS COMPETENT ON BOTH OF THOSE JOBS AS WELL. HIS FEE WAS REASONABLE ON ALL THREE JOBS.

PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. JOB WAS DONE ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP, WITHOUT US HAVING TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM.
