She messed up everything for us. We made an offer on a home, but she didn't tell us it was in foreclosure and we ended up losing a lot of money. We had hired some people to go out and do some work on the property, including having a home inspection and hiring a contractor to start on a kitchen project. We got call from her 2 days before the closing and she said the deal was going to fall through because the home was in foreclosure. There were even times that we were supposed to meet with her and she would forget or not have the meeting on her schedule. It was a horrible experience.
