They cleaned all the carpet. It went good.

I had Brandon out, it's a small company as far as I can tell. The do organic cleaning. They gave discount card for the second time. I have used them twice, but I recommended them to my friends. Brandon was very good. I think they had a limit on travel, that was a question I had, and I think I was in the range and they added on an extra $13 for travel, but I said I was within range and they took it off. I think they were young guys being trained. The cleaning was good and they said they only use salt water, I asked how it works and gets so clean with salt water and he said that's our mystery. I said how do you get the stains out he said we just go over them again. It was good, and organic that's why I wanted to try them.

This was the second time I used them.

Initially I was satisfied with the overall work, although I was put off by the push to sell more services that I did not need. What prompts this review is a phone call I received yesterday asking if we were in need of the company's cleaning services again. I would not hire this company again for several reasons. One all spots on the carpet reappeared after several days, two every room in the house had bumps in the carpet that concerned me. And last but most important was that I called the company to report the condition of the carpets, took pictures and texted them to the woman who answered my call. She indicated someone would call me back but no one ever did. In order to be sure the carpets dried flat I placed heavy books on each and every one of the bumps in the carpet. For the amount of money spent on this project I would have expected a call back and not to have these bumps left in every room.

Great! My technician was Eduardo Rodriguez and he did a great job.

We've got some pretty old, funky ducts, so it wasn't the easiest job they've ever done, but they managed to figure it out.

I like the job Zerorez does cleaning my carpets. I think this was the third time I've used them. The carpets look cleaner when they are done than other cleaners I've used and stay looking cleaner longer. I have a problem with fragrance sensitivity and the smell of the the spot cleaning solution they use is not a problem for me.

The crew arrived on time and conducted the job in a timely and thorough manner.

They did a hallway and the family room carpet and the family room carpet we weren't satisfied with the result and they had to send out another person about a week later and they redid the family room.

We had used ZeroRez in the past to clean our carpets. We called them to do the same job, and they quoted us the same price over the phone. When the service person arrived he wanted 4x the price.

The contractor called in a day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time and were done in an hour or so. The carpets in all rooms look visibly clean! One thing to note - they didn't clean any of the corners where the wall meets the floor saying their equipment cannot go there which I found little odd.

They were great but ad is misleading. If you live above 3rd floor be prepared to pay extra.

great! Efficient, professional and fast

Certain areas in hall, family room and master bedroom were dirtier in high traffic spots. However all the carpets came out great and Andrew Garcia did an excellent job, He was pleasant, polite and helpful, I went with the scotch guarding and hope it will make a difference. Just a note, I had to clean up some water spots from my hardwood floor. Only disappointment was that no one called back as promised when I reports "bumps" in carpets but those went away after I managed to flatten them on my own.

They gave me a discount to remove a stain on the carpet. I didn't see anything removed, however. The stain is still there. After one week I couldn't see a difference.

Very well. There were some terrible grease, wine and blood stains in the carpet. All were removed and it now has been 3 months and the stains continue to be gone.

He was very honest and told me they are very clean and can still see the pink and there is no dirt in them at all. I thanked him for his honesty. I would highly recommend this company.

It was okay. They showed up on time. They did an okay job of cleaning the carpets. They put on booties. They tried to upsell too much. They completed the job in an hour and a half.

After buying this through Angie's List no one bothered to contact me and I ended up contacting couple days later. Here is my experience: Poor customer care, not helpful at all. False marketing, their website has 3 bedrooms for $119 and they are selling on Angie's List at $129 (claiming to offer a discount). They guy showed up at our door prior to the scheduled appointment window which messed up my schedule. Charged us for a hall way which was supposed to be free, hence I ended up paying $129 + $30. Would not be using them in the future and would not recommend to anyone.

Technician arrived early, gave options and warnings about the age/condition of the carpet (18years old, dirty and worn). Did the best he could with it and the results were good. Finished up quickly and left with only clean carpets.

I pull up a list online of the things they would not do and things that they will charge extra for. They should have let me know that over the phone. I did not use them because of this. I would have had to have someone else come in to do all of the things they would not do. They would not move the furniture, due to their insurance. I felt that it was a bit excessive. We had a polite conversation about this, and they suggested that I should use someone else.

Two people came out to do the work. The experienced one did the talking and the other was his helper. When I went over the work, there were spots in one room. I let him know and he said that it was the new worker who had done that. He said he would come back and fix it. He told me to call the manager, which I did. The manager never did return my call. I had to write a formal complaint and weeks later, they called me back and then came out and fixed it. I had to pay an additional fee as a disposal fee.

The service called the day prior to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to cancel because the only person they have to service the east bay was sick and no one else was available. We rescheduled for the next week. On the appointed day, the service man called 2.5 hours before the appointment to ask if i was at home and could he come now. I was at work and unable to leave early. We agreed to the original time of 4:00 PM. He did not arrive until 4:25. When he came into the house and began to clean the airducts, he said the house was too old and his equipment could not clean the type of floor vents in this house. This house is in Alameda and typical of many 19 20's style homes in the bay area. He referred me to Coit! He vacuumed the vents as best he could and didn't charge me. Incompetent, unprofessional, untimely.

There were additional charges but only because we had them do an additional room. All in all, we were very happy with them. We paid an extra $40 on top of the Big Deal.
